After completing my education in 1999, I embarked on my career in estate agency as an apprentice at Dowen Sedgefield. Despite my young age of 20, I quickly demonstrated my potential and was soon promoted to the position of branch manager at Dowen Spennymoor. This achievement was followed by another promotion, allowing me to oversee the bustling Durham City branch, conveniently located just minutes away from where I reside, near the tranquil River Wear.

In 2020, an opportunity presented itself for me to acquire Dowen from its founder, Denis Dowen. This pivotal moment stands as one of the proudest milestones in my life, as I took on the role of managing director.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a devoted father and find immense joy in nurturing my son. I have a strong affinity for travel, particularly to foreign destinations, and hold a deep appreciation for automobiles. Additionally, I am an avid football enthusiast and actively participate in Crossfit to maintain my mental and physical well-being.

I left school at 16 years of age, thereafter, starting my estate agency career at Dowen Sunderland as office junior. I was subsequently promoted to negotiator at our Durham branch in 2011

In 2017 I was again promoted to Manager/Valuer of Dowen Bishop Auckland.

Over the years I've built up fantastic working relationship with my customers. My aim like that of the company is to offer remarkable customer service.

I have been employed with the Great North Property Auction to which Dowen was a founding member since its outset in 2014.

My role is to co-ordinate the sale of the properties that Dowen Estate Agents presents, to us, to offer at auction.

I maintain regular contact with vendors, co-ordinate on-line and public property auctions, negotiate sales, process buyer deposits and essentially keep everything on track
