In 1999, upon completing my education, I commenced my journey in estate agency as an apprentice at Dowen Sedgefield. Despite my youth at 20, I swiftly showcased my potential, earning a rapid promotion to the role of branch manager at Dowen Spennymoor. This accomplishment was followed by another step up, allowing me to oversee the dynamic Durham City branch, conveniently situated just minutes away from my residence along the serene River Wear.

In 2020, a significant opportunity arose for me to acquire Dowen from its founder, Denis Dowen. This pivotal moment stands as one of the proudest milestones in my life, marking my assumption of the role of managing director.
