NEED TO RENT A PROPERTY ?

Dowen offers properties to rent on the basis that we either act as the landlord's managing agent or we find a suitable tenant for a landlord, who then self-manages the property.

Tenants are required to complete an application form and provide us with various items including proof of identity, references, bank statements, wage slips, proof of payments to previous tenancies or mortgages. 

Before a property is occupied a tenant will be required to pay:

  1. INITIAL RENT
  2. A SECURITY DEPOSIT/BOND (usually 1 months rent)
  3. £200 + VAT (£235.00) SET UP FEE

Dowen tenants have the peace of mind of knowing that we register all bonds with a licenced Tenancy Deposit Scheme and that we subscribe to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents.
