EXPERIENCED BRANCH MANAGER-VALUER WANTED
Are you an experienced branch manager/valuer looking for a new challenge? An opportunity exists to develop and grow the business in one of our branches. The successful applicant will be a multi-tasker able to cover all aspects of estate agency including branch management, personnel development, valuations, listings, negotiations, lettings (full training given in this respect), etc
The person will be very well presented, computer literate, an excellent communicator and able to lead his/her team by example
The reward will be a good basic salary, company car and one of the very best bonus/profit share schemes in the business. Hard work and a successful branch should see on target earnings of £25000pa plus car
